Job Details

Are you a solicitor practicing within dispute resolution and commercial litigation at present and considering a new role in the Edinburgh area?

If so, then please do read on.

My client, a leading boutique practice that has expanded significantly over the last few years and carved out a real niche for themselves within the Edinburgh market has a requirement for a dispute resolution solicitor, ideally at associate level as this role will be specifically recruited for in relation to the succession of a key Partner.

Whilst a minimum of four years PQE is a requirement, candidates at the more senior end of the market are of particular interest with continued growth in mind.

Whilst you will be prepared to take on a caseload of debt recovery; some employment law; partnership disputes; property disputes; professional negligence and potentially construction litigation you will have a keen interest in one particular area and be prepared to help the department work towards recognition in this arena.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone looking to move towards Partnership and with no clear path at their current firm, so should you have an interest please do contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

All calls will be treated as strictly confidential and there is of course no obligation to proceed to application.

I look forward to hearing from you.
