Tremendous opportunity for a Senior Solicitor OR Partner to join this Legal 500 law firm in Lancashire & Cumbria that will provide you with the tools you need to develop any existing client base you may have and work on a fully autonomous basis without any micro-management!

Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business as well as being able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments to this firm.

You will be part of a firm that have a reputation of dealing with 'city quality work' but in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District. You will also be given the opportunity to flourish and work in an environment that supports all staff with the tools they need to succeed. You will have the choice to work out of 2 offices in either the North or South Lakes, this will just depend on where you live (or relocate to) geographically. Despite having one of the strongest practices regionally you will experience a strong work/life balance and still have the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors!

Salary levels will be based on experience and added value to the business however you can expect higher than most salaries in the region. Alongside a fantastic salary you will have a structured bonus scheme in place that will boost your salary significantly.
