Opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join this mid-tier commercial practice and deal with a mixed caseload residential & commercial caseload. Ideally you will be a qualified conveyancer with experience of supervising junior staff. You will need to have gained at least 2 - 3 Years' PQE and be competent running a full caseload.

You will be dealing with a mix of residential development work to include secured lending matters as well as commercial property work. There will be training provided if you have never dealt with commercial property matters in the past. Clients are mainly situated in the North West however there will also be more complex & high value national work in place.

This firm have a great ethos and still operate a traditional work environment, so there will be plenty of support in place. Caseloads sizes will be smaller and there is a new computer system in place to allow you to deal with work as easily as possible. You will be working closely with a Partner who will guide you with any complex issues and cases. There is a friendly stress free environment as well as great work/life balance.
