A Unique Role .... Employment Solicitor - Brighton £40-50K (DOE)

The firm are leading light in employment law. They provide a full suite of employment law advisory services, HR consultancy as well as employment related training from their base in East Sussex (a short commute from Brighton itself) with a further location servicing clients across The Southeast. The team consist of some very highly regarded employment law specialists who are ranked and recognised amongst their peers and various industry bodies. Their clients are many and varied and the firm operates at a national level with international reach providing advice and services to organisations in the private, public, and voluntary sectors. The firm are now seeking to appoint an ambitious employment solicitor.

If you are an employment solicitor who perhaps in a traditional full service firm set up who is seeking to transform your career path this would present a very credible option for you to do so. You would be expected to have in the region of 2/3 years PQE as a minimum and effectively be able to "stand on your own two feet" without to much oversight required. You will of course be part of a dynamic team who do work very closely together therefore you will benefit considerably from regular contact with the senior leadership of the firm and this will underpin your ongoing professional development and further establish you as a recognised and respected employment solicitor. If you are a competent and developing employment specialist who is able to conduct your own advocacy, manage a caseload effectively and enjoy contributing to a team this would be a great environment for you to flourish.
