Are you a Healthcare Solicitor looking to work in an award winning firm in Manchester? One of our Legal 500 clients, have instructed us on a Healthcare Associate position.

In 2018, they have received an award for providing the highest quality of legal services to the healthcare sector. They are also part of all national framework agreements within the UK, making them an influential figure. As a growth-orientated team, they do need a Solicitor who ideally has experience or is keen to get into public law work - either private practice or public sector.

Why Healthcare Associate?

As a Healthcare Associate within the Manchester healthcare team, you will be assisting on cases that involve the likes of,

  • The duty of the public body to healthcare
  • GDPR matters
  • Contracting and regulating this market

This covers a broad spectrum of both advisory matters to commercial litigation. Healthcare Solicitors within this team are highly skilled experts within their field. Their aim is to be specialists which means that as a Healthcare Associate you will receive highly adept training and mentoring that will enable you to grow and develop. You will be running your own cases from inception to completion and working closely with your clients, who include the likes of the NHS and private providers. This work is not only meaningful and will have a direct impact on healthcare within the UK and Europe; it is also high value and you will be the trusted advisor to clients.

The team & what they are looking for in you

This close-knit team, as described by one of their newly qualified healthcare Associates, will give you the starting block to become a leader within the healthcare field. They are looking for someone who is ambitious; works well as part of an expert team and is detail orientated. Healthcare experience is not necessary for this position but it will be beneficial for you.
