My client is a multi-disciplined law firm offering expertise in a variety of legal areas, for both commercial and individual clients. They are based in Leeds but have the option to work remotely
As part of their Continuing commercial expansion they now seek to talk with Solicitors who are looking to work self-employed on a fee sharing basis.
There are several firms offering this model and the rewards are excellent. Not only will you retain an agree Percentage of the fees you generate but you also are able to focus entirely on fee earning whilst working under the umbrella of a reputable National Law firm. You are also able to work out of a Leeds base.
To manage a caseload of various Criminal Defence files, the types of files you will encounter will include but not limited to;
- Serious Crime
- Drug Offences
- Business Crime
- White Collar Crime
- Motoring Offences
- General Criminal Matters
You will be a minimum of 2year PQE, it would be beneficial if you held the HCA qualification but this is not essential. For Duty registered Solicitors it is essential that you are willing to sign to the firm's rota when it becomes next available.
