Your new role

This commercial litigation role will see you handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual disputes, IT and IP disputes as well as warranty and indemnity disputes.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 2+ years' pqe who has gained a good spread of commercial disputes experience. You should be someone who is able to provide clear and focused advice to clients.
