Our client is a leading law firm based in Oxford. They have a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal matters for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third sector organisations.
 
Their highly regarded Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department handle claims against doctors and other health care professionals. The department is now seeking to appoint a recently qualified up to 3 years PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to run a predominantly claimant caseload of work which including sensitive matters such as birth injuries, cerebral palsy, spinal or brain injuries.
 
The practice has particular expertise in brain injury and obstetric work and fatal claims. The ideal candidate will have some experience in these areas but is not essential.
 
Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be given responsibility of running your own caseload whilst at the same time assisting other senior fee earners and Partners with high value and complex cases.
