Dynamic firm in Bedford is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor with additional probate experience.

Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate will be experienced in litigation with a focus on debt recovery, challenging wills, dispute resolution, estate administration, Inheritance Act claims, bankruptcy and insolvency and professional negligence.

  • Court of Protection work
  • Deputyship applications
  • On-going finance administration
  • Ancillary Applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and Statutory will applications
  • Meeting firm set billing targets
  • Participation in business development
The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from solicitors with at least two years PQE
  • Demonstrate good client care skills
  • Provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of conduct
  • Experience in marketing and business development
  • A client following would be advantageous
