Family Solicitor / Legal Executive.

One of Staffordshire’s longest established firms is seeking to appoint a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE.

Known for their high staff retention rate, open door policy and friendly and supportive environment, this firm would be perfect for a local Family Solicitor seeking a new challenge.

You will work within a tight knit team headed up by a well-known reputable Family Solicitor who is also a collaborative Family Lawyer. You will come on board to handle a full caseload of family law matters to include divorce and finances, children issues, cohabitation agreements and pre and post nuptial agreements etc.

To be considered you must have experience running your own caseload of family matters, along with having some experience in private children matters and domestic abuse. You must be willing to contribute to the development of the department! Along with experience, you must be able to network, listen and communicate along with having the ability to handle objections and work well as part of a team.

As a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive, you must be able to manage client relationships by setting expectations, delivering projects to time/within budget along with planning future activity! Another key feature for this firm is a Family Lawyer who is driven and works well towards fee targets!
