The Role

This Top 200 firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive into their City of Bath, Somerset office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join this firms growing Commercial Property Team. The role will be based in the Bath office however may require occasional travel to any of our other locations or off site as client demands require.
The hired Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive will be expected to advise on all areas of residential law and practice, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

There will be a fee income budget commensurate with your qualification and ability and an expectation that the person will take responsibility for managing their own workload, subject to overall supervision.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• The firm are open minded about the background of the Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive that joins
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package
