The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Contentious Trusts and Probate into their flourishing, Guildford, Surrey office.

The Personal Tax, Trusts & Charities team consists of four partners and fourteen other Lawyers/advisers and is highly rated in both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. A number of partners and lawyers in the team are recommended as leaders in their field, and the team has won two national awards in the past 12 months.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads there is an opportunity for an associate lawyer to join this successful and growing team.

You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high-quality caseload of; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
