Job Details
This is an opportunity to join a well-known firm based in Newark who is looking for a locum conveyancer to join them on a short term basis between June and September this year. It is unlikely that the role will become permanent after that.
Working in a market town office location, you will be an experienced conveyancer who is happy to handle a full caseload of work - sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, buy to let, shared ownership schemes and buying and selling at auction.
You will be able to handle the whole transaction from start to finish and will also be happy to deal with internal and external clients, team colleagues, estate agents, mortgage lenders etc.
You will be technically strong and able to run your own caseload. You could be a solicitor, licenced conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced paralegal.
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in Nottinghamshire.
Salary to negotiation based upon experience.
