Self-driven Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant sought for a well-established practice in Essex.

Our client is actively looking to recruit a driven paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of conveyancing matters with an emphasis on shared ownership.

• Run files from start to finish
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Exchange contracts, emails and letters
• Compiling financial statements
• Document production
• Use of case management systems
• Checks and searches at the land registry
• Checking for client balances and disbursement balances
• Diary management

The Candidate
• Paralegals with at least 2 years of experience
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential
• IT proficiency is required
• You will excel in communication with clients both verbally and written
