You will need to have a sterling background, at least 7 years PQE and in return there are realistic opportunities to develop all the way through to Partnership in a world class practice.

The Role:

This recognised, global employment practice advise worldwide clients on all aspects of contentious & non-contentious employment law matters. Their high profile clients range from start-ups to multinationals including some of the most well known brands in the world.

This expert team come up with innovative solutions and manage risk relating to employment, incentives and benefits, pensions and legal challenges.

The work includes complex acquisitions, outsourcing, expansion and reduction of work force, employee relations, cross border litigation, compliance and data protection matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years PQE as an experienced Employment Partner.
  • Strong academics with current private practice experience working at a leading law firm.
  • You should have strong technical knowledge and be very commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
  • Salary is well above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus and benefits structure.
