The Role

The firm require Commercial Property Solicitor's at all levels for their Legal 500 listed Commercial Property specialism.

The firm has a wealth of expertise in Commercial Property. They deal with a broad range of work, making for a more interesting role, this includes; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment and Commercial leases. They have a varied client base and often punch well above their weight with the large-scale sizes of their transactions.

Requirements

• You will have good technical knowledge, and be meticulousness with detail
• Good experience in business development will be to advantage
• Good prospects for progression
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package an bonus structure
