Job Details
I'm working with a long-standing client based in Coventry that is looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to pick up a full caseload of predominantly commercial transactional work.
The firm is a widely respected and expanding enterprise that has already taken a generous market share of Coventry based commercial property related work, as well as having built strong working relationships with various West Midlands residential agents.
Working closely with a very commercially minded lawyer, you will come into a full caseload of matters concerning L&T work, buying and selling freehold and leasehold commercial premises, and some portfolio management for long term repeat business clients. All in all, a challenging and exciting caseload to take on.
In terms of a suitable candidate, you will need a strong background in property work, ideally with a commercial focus (though the partner concerned is happy to train and supervise less experienced junior level candidates), a willingness to build relationships with clients, and a dedication to your area of practice.
