The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Real Estate Partner to join a Top 100 firm in their Manchester office.

The firms national Real Estate Department carries out a range of Commercial Property work for its health, social care and other clients across the Public, Private and Voluntary Sectors.

You will undertake a wide range of High-Quality Commercial Real Estate work, as well as this you will be working closely with the Partners on Business Development opportunities to grow your own portfolio and experience. Experienced of Commercial Property within Healthcare would be a welcome advantage but not essential, and the successful candidate should be experience in negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions.

Requirements

• You will be an Real Estate Solicitor with over 7 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Experience of Healthcare desirable but not essential
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
