Highly successful firm in Lancashire seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client’s thriving practice located in Blackburn, Lancashire. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to organise their own caseload, with the possibility to eventually supervise, manage and support the firm’s RTA department.

• Road traffic accidents
• Pre-litigated matters
• Assessing liability
• Evaluating quantum
• Negotiating settlements
• Liaising with experts
• Handling claims from inception through to completion
• Exceeding the firms set billing targets

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from paralegals with a minimum of six months fee earning experience
• Solid expertise in personal injury is essential for this role
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills
• Experience of using case management systems is desired
• Personable with excellent negotiation skills is highly advantageous
