Your new company
A well-established London firm, being a leading provider of housing sectors, health and social care legal services. The firm has a national outreach with a wide range of long standing clients including both private and public-sector organisations. The Real Estate department deals with a combination of real estate development and construction work over both the private, voluntary and public sectors.
Your new role
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating short term leases, drafting leases and ancillary documents, assisting fee earners with due diligence and estates rationalisation, supporting the Estates Management Service as required with the administration of the deeds system and the preparation of summaries of title, leases etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have completed the LLB or equivalent and have current / recent commercial property/real estate experience. The LPC is desired but not essential.
