The optimal candidate will be expected work on all manner of commercial matters, drafting contracts, merger and acquisition work, corporate restructuring, securitised lending, data protection, terms & conditions and commercial contracts. Some exposure to good quality employment work would also be hugely advantageous. 

It is essential that the candidate of choice understands commerce and understands how companies make money and improve year to year. The firm prides themselves on being a quasi in house offering for clients, with face to face client contacts in the client's boardrooms as regularly as possible. 

You will ideally be an NQ to 2 years' PQE qualified solicitor and will ideally have a strong training background and consistent academic success.
