Your new company
A well-established larger Boutique Law firm, that provides a variety of services to clients over the UK. Their stronger sectors include the Corporate, Banking and Real Estate teams, their Corporate and Real-Estate sector is their main market leaders. They are situated in Central London and have offices overlooking the river. The firm pride their selves on being highly inclusive and investing in the happiness of their employees.


Your new role
You will be joining the firm as a Corporate Paralegal. This will be a varied role where you will draft ancillary documents, conduct KYC and due diligence and investigate legal matters using databases, although this is not an exhaustive list. You will also manage various client company secretarial matters as well as having the responsibility for ensuring the associates and partners you are working with are fully supported in new client pitches, meetings and business development.


What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this position, you must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and preferably have the LPC, with sufficient knowledge and experience of corporate work / 1 years' plus Paralegal experience. Furthermore, you must have excellent written and drafting skills and have the confidence to deal with client facing situations, whilst approaching work with resilience and confidentiality.
