Corporate Tax Solicitor

This firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Lawyer into their thriving City of London office. you will need to be at least 2 years PQE up to 5 years PQE.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Lawyer into their thriving City of London office.
The firm have an unrivalled reputation for tax work, they are multi award winning and have been on the cutting edge of the tax regulation for decades.

The department acts for listed entities, private companies, PE houses, W&I insurers, funds, start-ups, management teams and private individuals and cover all taxes, both direct and indirect, and in both contentious and non-contentious situations. The work that the department performs is a healthy mix of transactional and advisory work.

The variety of caseload will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Tax Lawyer with between 2-5 years PQE.
• You will have experience of working in a well-known tax department
• First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential
