Corporate Lawyer with at least 3-7 years PQE required.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their thriving City of London office.

The firm has one of the largest and most highly ranked corporate teams in the market, they have won numerous awards in recent years.

This award-winning team, top tier department has been growing in recent years. You will deal with a broad and varied caseload, it will be high-quality work which will include;
Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 3-7 years PQE
• You will have good technical experience working for a leading corporate department
• First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential
