Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire seeks an Employment Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s multi-accredited office in Northampton, the successful applicant will undertake a varied caseload of employment matters.

Responsibilities
• Contracts of employment
• TUPE
• Redundancy
• Restrictive covenants
• Disciplinary
• Unfair dismissal

The Candidate
• Solicitors between NQ and two years PQE or legal executives and paralegals with around two years + fee earning experience
• Experience in employment law is essential
• Strong communicator both verbally and written
• Be proactive with a client-focused approach to your work
