The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a driven Private Client / Private Wealth Disputes Associate with 3-5 years PQE into their City of London team.

The role will support a wide range of disputes, with a primary focus on Arts helping the Partner grow the practice and will also include some support in the growth of the Private Wealth tax litigation practice.

There will be a large amount of client contact and responsibility involving complex international subject matters.

You will manage a broad case load of UK domestic contentious trust and estate matters and support Partners and senior fee earners with big ticket litigation and trust disputes.

You will be given a high level of training and support and the firm are keen to find a driven individual because the role comes with such a good opportunity for development.

The Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client/Private Wealth Disputes Associate with 3-5 years PQE
• Experience handling a varied and complex workload
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Hardworking and collaborative in your approach
• Confident and able to manage a demanding workload
• Technically minded with a solid understanding of Private wealth disputes including contentious trusts & estates.
