The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory Senior Associate / Partner into their flourishing City of London office.

You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The successful candidate will sit in the Funds and Financial Services Group in the Corporate Department but will work closely with the head of the non-contentious financial regulatory team. The non-contentious financial regulatory team will advise clients across the firm but will principally support the Funds group (primarily closed-ended listed funds and hedge funds), the private equity/private equity funds team and the Corporate Department more generally and will work closely with their market leading contentious financial regulatory team.

Requirements

  • You will be a Non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer with at least 9 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of Litigation
  • Strong billing history
  • Excellent academic and professional qualifications
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiate depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
