Your new role
We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Development team. Joining a team of over 100 Real Estate lawyers, you will work with lawyers delivering real estate services to clients operating in across the Housing and Regeneration sectors. The team includes a number of nationally rated individuals acting for clients ranging from registered providers and student accommodation providers, to investment companies and housebuilders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Commercial Property lawyer currently working for a leading national or City firm and looking for your next opportunity to progress. With excellent development experience, you will be used to advising on the full development lifecycle, from site acquisitions, through to disposals and funding solutions.

You will be service orientated and be used to partnering closely with your clients and developing long-term relationships. Experience of advising registered providers would be a distinct advantage.
