The Role

The Commercial property team have stand out individuals that will offer full support and guidance to the successful candidate. This is a role with a sector specific focus and huge potential to grow and become an influential and valued member of their nationally recognised team.
The responsibilities will be providing legal advice to a range of clients including negotiation and drafting of documentation. Developing new business opportunities from cross referrals existing clients and other professionals. Meeting targets for chargeable time, billing and fee collection.

The Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor of four year's + PQE
  • Experience of working in Commercial Property - Landlord and Tenant across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues
  • Build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals, and have a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic way
  • Able to work in a team and can develop relationships with colleagues
  • A strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
  • Able to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also work with more experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialised matters as required
  • Possess good communication skills in order to explain legal matters clearly to clients
  • Be discreet and can respect client confidentiality
  • Able to tackle tasks in a structured manner to ensure completion to a high standard
