Residential Property Partner / Supervisor

The firm has an exciting new role for a Residential Property Partner to supervise and float between the firm's network of offices to oversee all of the firm-wide Residential Property department; this role is based out of Chelmsford, Essex with travel to all the other regional offices on a weekly basis.

The Residential Property department is particularly strong at the high end of the market. Specialist skills include experience in health and education, social housing and strategic land development. There are 100 fee earners across the network of offices. This role will involve ensuring compliance, standards and supporting the Partners in each office; you will also run your own small high-end Residential Property caseload.

This role will also deal with strategy and planning to ensure the department is continuing to grow and take more market share.

This role would suit a Senior Residential Property Solicitor looking for a step up regarding responsibility and wants a more varied role.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
• You will be based out of Chelmsford but will travel to other offices weekly
• You will have managed teams in the past
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• It is essential that you are an excellent communicator
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background
