Working in a collaborative way with the other departments, this vacancy is for a motivated Solicitor / legal executive to join the Tiered Legal 500 Employment team on a wide range of matters. The firm have steadily climbed the ranks in recent years, experiencing steady and impressive growth.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive into their office near Chelmsford, Essex.

Now is an exciting time to join this office as they have seen significant growth due to a surge of new work, with this will come good prospects for progression.

The Employment team are ranked in the Legal 500 for their work in this area; covering both corporate and personal clients, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful individual will take on a varied caseload of employment matters such as: redundancies, employment contracts, tribunals and grievances. You should have excellent client care skills, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment with the other departments.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive with between 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of a range of employment matters and a good billings history
• You will excel at marketing and business development, as well as client care skills
• This role comes with good prospects for progression
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
