The Role

This firm are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor into one of their offices in Essex.

You will work closely with the other departments on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Due to the varied client base of the firm, you will have a good existing base of work to come into, which makes for great variety. You will also be expected to be active in marketing and business development for the firm, creating and maintaining client relationships is an important part of this role.

You will have good training and career development; for the right candidate, very good career prospects are on offer.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of employment matters and a good billings history
• You will be a keen business developer, with proven experience in introducing new business
• You should be ambitious and eager to progress
• The salary will be competitive and based upon experience.
