Property Lawyer
Our client, a friendly and dynamic local authority in Essex, are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer.
The role requires expertise in:
- straight forward property acquisitions and disposals
- leases
- licences
- sales of right to buy properties
- potentially some re-purchasing
- sales of DIYSO or shared equity properties
- easements
- transfers of gifted properties from developers
Details
- Full time requirement
- 35 hours per week in the office
- Ongoing contract
Information on the team
You will be joining a small legal team of under 5 specialists. A handover period will be required with a start date of 10th June 2019 in mind.
