Wills, Trust and Tax Solicitor

A leading North West based commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Wills, Trust and Tax Solicitor to join their newly established team. The role can be part time or full time and is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who has solid experience of dealing with complex Wills, Trust and Tax matters of around 5 year plus PQE.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and well regarded Wills, Trust and Tax team at their offices based in the heart of Liverpool. The firm have a number of offices nationwide and are specialists in their field with several of the Partners having worked for the department for a number of years.

You will be step qualified and have experience of dealing with a case load of complex Wills, Trust and Tax matters to include court of protection, estate planning, deputyship applications, lasting powers of attorney and wills. You will be dealing with a range of clients to include high net worth individuals as well as business owners. You will have therefore gained experience within a similar commercial firm dealing with high net worth matters.

This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor looking to develop their profile or to make the step up to Senior Associate Solicitor level. In turn there is every opportunity for career progression and development.

Salary is competitive (in the region of £40,000 to £50,000) together with excellent benefits, a fantastic work culture and environment and the opportunity to work with a friendly and professional team.
