One of the most well-regarded Personal Injury departments in the North West, operating out of modern commercial offices in Newton-le-Willows, has a new position within their large award-winning RTA Litigation department for an RTA litigation solicitor/legal executive.

Coming into this lively RTA department, your new role will be to take on full responsibility for a caseload of all post portal & litigated RTA matters. The team is made up of both qualified and non-qualified RTA fee earners, and in line with the continued planned growth of the department, you will be an able RTA litigation solicitor/legal executive with a background in litigated RTA and strong technical skills.

You will be fully supported to reach your full potential, and as such, genuine career prospects exist. The department has grown over the last several years due to an influx of new work from clients, and they are busier than ever, so it is expected that you will be used to working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
