The Role

The firm is looking for a Tax Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to be based in their Leeds office.

This a great opportunity for an individual to join one of the largest Tax Disputes teams in the UK and work alongside a number of industry leading individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload including but not limited to; direct & indirect tax issues, tribunal procedures, HMRC Powers, and remedies.

An important caveat of this position is that the right candidate will have at least some experience in advocacy in both Tax Tribunals and High Court litigation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Tax Litigation Associate/Senior with 3-6 years PQE
• You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded city firm
• A strong technical knowledge is essential.
• First-class communication skills are essential.
• Salary is negotiable, above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.
