Our client is a Top 150 firm which has a small but ambitious Construction offering as part of its services to a significant base of real estate clients of impressive quality.

The team handles contentious and non-contentious work, but this particular recruitment is for someone non-contentious led and who'll work in direct support of the partner in servicing clients and also assisting less experienced colleagues. 3+PQE is essential really to fit the structure of the team and the base competency required, though the firm will be quite open minded as to the level at which someone arrives as to some degree they can craft the role to the individual.

The role will suit any candidate specifically wanting to be practising in Leeds, and in particular will appeal to candidates who may not subscribe to the culture of a 'national firm' which are obviously prevalent in the field of Construction Law.

Remuneration will be competitive as this firm pays well, and will be realistic for the expectation of the firm where they expect the quality of work but not the quantity of output of the larger practises.
