Job Details
I am currently looking to recruit an RTA locum solicitors or Legal executives to work for a large law firm in Stoke on Trent on a temporary 12 months with the possibility of it going permanent.
It is essential that you are a qualified FILEX or solicitor with at least 1 years experience in Fast track RTA work and have a complete understanding of the MOJ portal and be experienced in files that have exited the portal.
This role will involve assessing claims that are due to be settled by the Fast track teams and assessing whether or to decline or approve the settlements.
You will be highly organised, ensuring early decisions to litigate are made and cases are progressed proactively to settlement or trial.
