An award winning law firm, with offices in Warwickshire, are looking for a Private Client legal secretary to complement the team.

The firm are established, yet progressive and offer a range of legal services to a varied client base, from members of the public through to large companies. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join them in their offcies based in Coventry on a full time permanent basis.
Your responsibilities as a legal secretary in the department will include:
- General secretarial office duties including digital dictation, audio and copy typing, filing, production and distribution of notes and letters, arranging meetings and managing the diary, as well as Liaising with clients by telephone and personally
- Providing administrative management support to the work of the designated lawyers as to their work schedule and commitments and handling general enquiries
- Supporting in the management of client expectations; management of the working day commitments and production and delivery of legal services
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client's documentation
It is essential that the right candidate has at least 12 months prior experience within Private Client Law as a legal secretary. You will be rewarded with an enviable salary and be joining a progressive and reputable firm with a happy and welcoming environment.
