We have a remarkable opportunity to work as a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner for an exceptional growing firm based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking for realistic progression opportunities, competitive salary and bonus scheme.

The ideal candidate will be expected to;

·        Handle a full caseload of RTA Pre litigated matters

·        Able to work independently

·        Cope well under pressure

·        Have a minimum of 6 months RTA Paralegal Experience

·        Have experience using the MOJ portal

The successful candidate will;

·        Handling their own caseload

·        Enjoys working a targeted environment

·        Demonstrate experience in using Proclaim or similar case management systems

·        Be experienced dealing with Credit hire, Storage and Recovery

·        Demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills.
