Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/FILEX - 4+ PQE

A well established law firm based in Ashford, Kent are seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their Conveyancing team. This firm have a fantastic reputation across Kent and are currently looking to expand the Residential property department.

Working as part of a well-established team, the role will involve handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing of both freehold and leasehold transactions to include:

• Sales and Purchases
• Re-mortgaging or mortgaging an un-mortgaged property
• Transfers of Equity
• Landlord and Tenant
• Council House Right to Buy

As a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer you will be responsible for playing a vital part in the firms external networking, events, as well as social media avenues and local connections as well as assisting with the continuous development of the firms property department. 

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to independently handle a caseload within a customer focused environment where quality is paramount.
