The firm is well known within the legal market operating on a national basis. They have a fantastic reputation for dealing with great quality work and have a track record of developing and promoting high performing members of staff. If you are looking to enjoy your role and work in a friendly supportive environment in which everyone is seen as equal you should certainly consider applying.
From day one you will be managing a litigated EL/PL caseload. There will be a handover period to ensure you're updated on files and feel comfortable managing them. You will form part of a larger EL/PL litigated department that all work very closely together.
It is essential that you have a good track record of handling your own litigated EL/PL caseload, and will be able to do this from the offset with minimal supervision, from inception to completion
The firm specialise in a lot of Trade Union work and so a background having managed Trade Union work would be ideal but not essential.
The successful candidate should ideally have 2+ years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
