Role: Family Solicitor

Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm in the Oxfordshire area who are looking to recruit a solicitor or legal executive within their family department.

Applications will be considered from solicitors and legal executives from 2 PQE+ however you must be confident handling a busy caseload of family law matters without supervision.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Divorce

- Ancillary relief

- Private Children law

- Separation agreements

- Co habitation agreements
