Corporate Associate Role, with a Property element


Your new company
This leading boutique firm is looking for someone to come on board and manage the Corporate workload, you will have a good amount of work coming in due to existing relationships however there is a full intention for you to step up and do plenty of networking yourself. This firm is in an excellent location and are very flexible on working hours as they are promoters of a good work life balance and want their employees to be happy at work, they feel balance is a huge part of this.

Your new role
You will be solely responsible for the corporate work within the business, you will be assisted by a paralegal and office manager and be dealing with everything from start to finish on the cases. There is ample opportunity for you to progress you career, the last person to became a director got there within two years of joining the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a UK (or AUS/NZ) qualified solicitor with 4 years PQE+ (this is a guideline, and they are happy to look outside of this). You will have a progressive nature about you and want to work in a friendly and sociable working environment. To be clear you will not be working long hours, you will leave before 6pm 90% of the time. As well as extensive corporate experience, you ideally will have some exposure to commercial property as you will be working with the head of property on some cases.
