My client is a well-known firm in the East Midlands looking to strengthen their Commercial Litigation department with the appointment of a specialist dispute resolution solicitor.
 
This Chambers rated, Legal 500 firm based in Nottingham has a number of noted clients across many sectors, including business disputes and contracts, restructuring, insolvency, professional negligence, intellectual property and general commercial dispute resolution.
 
The work can relate to both contentious and non-contentious, attracting instructions from a number of different sectors.
 
This is an opportunity to stand out in your own right with a fantastic firm and location.
 
Working alongside experienced partners and associates, you will have upwards of 3 years' PQE and will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be commercial in approach and a team player, along with being ambitious and happy to pursue a path towards partnership.
 
The successful candidate should also be keen to play an active role in business development, attending networking and marketing events, in addition to raising the firm’s online presence. In return, there will be ongoing supervision and development in a progressive and supportive environment.
