Our client is a leading law firm based in Oxford. They have a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal matters for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third sector organisations.
 
Their highly regarded Corporate Finance Department is seeking a corporate finance assistant solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE to join the Partner-led team.
 
The quality of work is excellent and clients include an array of large well-known high street banks and investment groups. 
 
The firm deal with:

• Corporate banking
• Acquisition finance
• Structured finance
• Development finance
• Real estate finance
• Asset-backed lending
• Invoice finance
• Restructuring
• Cross border finance transactions
• Finance litigation

The work will encompass a broad range of corporate transactional work working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and 4 other Solicitors in Oxford.
