Well-established firm in Suffolk requires a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to work on a part-time permanent basis.

Supporting fee earners specialising in residential conveyancing matters, this is an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join a firm in Felixstowe renowned for its property expertise.

• Audio typing
• Use of Land Registry resources
• Diary management
• Completing standard forms
• Opening, closing and archiving files
• Collating documentation
• General office administration

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries with experience in supporting fee earners within a reputable firm
• Excellent IT skills are required in addition to fast, accurate typing skills
• Taking a proactive approach, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A team player, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
