Dispute Resolution Lawyer
LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 100 city practice who is ranked highly in chambers for their disputes work. Their dispute resolution team is looking for a lawyer to join their highly established litigation practice on an interim basis for 6 months. The role will require you to work closely with other fee earners and partners in the department. You will work as an integral part of the team and advise the firm’s clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters. The sort of cases the team works on include;
Fraud and dishonesty claims, bribes, secret profits and conspiracy’s, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, trust litigation where fraud is involved, committal proceedings and insolvency cases involving fraud. there is also a broad range of general commercial and contractual disputes. you will also work on International disputes, Director, Shareholder and Partnership disputes, Professional negligence, Insolvency and Asset tracing.
Given the nature and breadth of the role the firm are looking for someone at the mid to senior level to join them on short notice during this busy p[period.
