Your new role
You will be working as a Paralegal within the Professional and Financial Disputes team. You will handle a caseload of work including professional negligence claims, property based claims and subrogated claims. You will be offering clear and concise advice to clients on resolution, including on claims which are not insured.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have previous experience as a Paralegal / Fee Earner with proven experience in pre litigation claims handling, or fast track/multi track experience. Ideally you will have gained this experience within professional negligence / property based claims / subrogated claims. You will have the ability to work to deadlines, manage a team diary, complete MI accurately, instruct experts to advise on technical issues, digest expert evidence and offer clear and concise advice to clients on resolution, including on claims which are not insured.
