If you have gained some experience in commercial property and are now looking to make the next step to a leading Teesside firm, then this might be the opportunity for you.

Due to expansion, this 6 strong Commercial Property team is looking to add a qualified commercial property solicitor to help with their enviable, high-quality caseload which comes with their Tier 1 status. 
 
You will be acting on a wide variety of commercial property contracts, ranging from large scale commercial acquisitions to sales and purchases for expanding portfolios.

You will be joining a team with a strong reputation, offering quality advice to businesses on how best to manage their property ventures. In addition to this, you will be drafting relevant legal documentation such as renewing leases or purchase and disposal of licensed premises.
 
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor with at least 12 months of experience within commercial property. Excellent communication and IT skills are also essential. Experience of corporate support work would be advantageous.
